Wind, Go Away!

We got a total of 14 inches of snow! I loved every minute of it but the wind is making me mad! I plan on finally going shopping tomorrow but I don't think that will happen because of the wind making snow drifts. I live on an island and we have a bridge to get off and then immediatly after the bridge there is a base called NASA which has a huge fenced in field that you have to drive around (about 3 miles) Well when the wind blows across that field it creates massive snow drifts on the road. Today we were told that there was a drift that was 15 foot high. Anyway they closed the road and everything. Now it is back open but I am worried it is going to happen all over again tomorrow. Then I will be stuck in the house again because I am definatly not risking geting stuck in the snow.
I will stop rambling now... I have got some stitching done over the last couple of days. Here is Bent Creeks, Christmas Mantle.
This is Here We Go A Haunting by Shepherd's Bush.I'm going to stitch some more and watch House Hunters (I love that show).
Stay warm (like belle, below)and don't drive if you live on the east coast!

Haha, Belle is so sweet!
That snow is crazy. I can't imagine having weather like that at the moment.
Your stitching is coming along nicely. :-)

On my side of the bay we only received around 2 inches. Hopefully you'll be able to get out soon and the stitching looks lovely. Have fun and stay warm!
