Halloween Stitchie weekend!

Last weekend I went to salty yarns for our annual halloween stitching weekend. It was great I got a lot done and had a great time talking with everyone. Everyone brought gift bags and wore festive attire. It was so great. Today I had our class Halloween party, which resulted in a ton of eating and no teaching.  All well it is good to have a fun day! I will leave everyone with a picture of last weekend and of my fifth grade team and I
Happy Halloween!

Let it Snow!

I wish! The title is what I wish was happening while I'm stitching this pattern.  This is Grey snowman by shepherds bush. It isn't done but the snowman itself is done except for its arms. Now I just have to finish the snow flakes and title! Getting close!!

I have had a busy week! Today was this first day that I actually got home before it was dark outside.  I leave when its darl and come home when its dark. All well at least this week has come to an end. There was some pluses this week, like stitch and bitch. It was great to see everyone and I also signed up for a class! Yipee... it is a pre stitch and when I get the pattern I will show pictures. I am absolutely obsessed with it and cant wait! I also got to see how some other stitchers are coming along with their class pieces. Below are pictures of my progress on Tombstone mansion by Chessie snd me. It doesn't look like I got mich done tonight but some of its over one and other stitches are mostly smyrna crosses so I am hsppy with my progress. Now I'm off to work on Shepherds bush grey snowman...
Tata for now. I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Jamboree day 2

Well the jamboree is now over... unfortunately but I have plenty to show. The pictures are of the class projects that we now have. The halloween one is by Linda from Chessie and Me. The petite one is by Lauren Sauer called Sail Away. These are models. I am not that fast of a stitcher! This weekend was great and all of the projects already have a spot in my house! It was great to see everyone and to hear great stories. I look forward to stitch and bitch tuesday! So happy that it is fall!
